The majority of our larger hardware items either include, Delivery, Installation and Training in the price or it is an option which can be selected at time of purchase.

Requirements at your site

Please be aware that the standard Delivery and Installation service assumes a ground floor location with direct access from the kerb side and with no tight turns or stairs. If you don't meet these criterior, you must let us know and we can then discuss other arrangements with you which may have no additional cost or may incur a small surcharge.

In order to be able to complete the Installation and training we will need appropriate access to power outlet(s) suitable to the equipment being supplied. Where required, we will also need access to a port we can use for a network conection, this may be directly on the PC being used for the software or may be via a hub but please be aware that the standard network cable supplied is 5 metres in length and you will need to provide a longer lead if required.
