Roland White Ink Upgrade

ECO-SOL MAX 2 White ink (ESL4-WH) is brighter, more scratch-resistant and has a faster drying time than its predecessor all at no extra cost and is readily available from your Roland Authorised Dealer.

Due to production coming to an end on ECO-SOL MAX White ink (ESL3-WH), from July 2015 onward all customers who use this type of ink are being asked to make the transition to ECO-SOL MAX 2 White ink (ESL4-WH).

The switch is simple and easy for all machines - to support you Roland DG has created a step-by-step guide to follow.

Does this upgrade apply to me?

If you own a VersaCAMM VS-300/420/540/640 print-and-cut machine, a VersaSTUDIO BN-20 print-and-cut machine with white ink or a SOLJET PRO III XC-540W or XC-540MT, you will need to upgrade your white ink to ECO-SOL MAX 2. It won’t be necessary to change all your inks over to ECO-SOL MAX 2, you can keep your CMYK and metallic inks as ECO-SOL MAX (ESL3). Please note this only applies to the older VS models, not the VSi series.
